Shipping & Delivery

All Needful Prints products are prepared and dispatched by us in the UK.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Personalised, custom-made or particularly complex 3D printed items may require additional production time. Where an item is expected to take longer, this will be stated on the product page or communicated to you.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.50. We offer FREE UK delivery on orders of £35 or more.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are separate from our processing and dispatch time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. Tracking information will also be provided where the selected delivery service includes tracking.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem so we can investigate.
